REGISTRATION

One full rate registration, i.e., FullR1 and FullR2, will cover up to TWO papers.

Full-time student enrolled in a Vietnamese university is registered with a discount rate StuR2VN (200 USD per paper). This registration can only cover 1 paper

Full-tie student outside Vietnam is registered with a discount rate StuR1 (400 USD per paper). This registration can only cover 1 paper

Note:
- The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee break refreshments, and Banquet, and a copy of the Conference Proceedings.
- To be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
